Caribbean Festival Safety Message for our Guests
Welcome to Sheraton Centre Toronto. We are thrilled that you have chosen us for your Caribbean Festival celebration.
During this time, we experience a very high volume of guests and have put several measures in place to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and secure, and most importantly are able to make the most of the celebration.
- A wrist band policy will be in affect from Friday, July 31st to Monday, August 3rd. Only registered Guests will be allowed access into the hotel upon showing their wristband.
- The Guest room floors must remain quiet. By law and company policy, only registered Guests shall occupy your room/suite. If there is a second complaint, the Sheraton Centre Toronto will require you to check out of the hotel.
- All rooms receiving ANY noise complaint against them, will incur a charge of $400 on their room bill. If there is a second complaint, the Sheraton Centre Toronto will require you to check out of the hotel.
Sheraton Centre Toronto strives to provide all of its Guests with a comfortable experience. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Front Desk Manager on Duty by dialing extension ‘4802’ on your Guest room phone.
