Welcome to Sheraton Centre Toronto. We are thrilled that you have chosen us as your ‘home away from home’ over New Year’s Eve as we welcome in 2016 together. During this time of celebration, we experience a very high volume of guests and have put several measures in place to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and secure, and most importantly are able to make the most of the celebration.
Measures in place are as follows:
- A wrist band policy will be in effect on December 31. Only registered guests will be allowed access into the hotel upon showing their wristband.
- All rooms receiving ANY noise complaint against will incur a charge of $300 on their room bill.
- The guest room floors must remain quiet. By law and company policy, only registered guests shall occupy a room/suite. If there is a second complaint against a room, Sheraton Centre Toronto will require guests to check out of the hotel.
- For all of our cash paying guests - please be advised there will be a $300 deposit required at time of check-in.
